The Carleton Place and Beckwith
Heritage Museum

Visit The Carleton Place and Beckwith Heritage Museum to discover the history of the communities of Carleton Place and Beckwith Township.The museum houses a large collection of local artifacts, photographs and archival material. 

The museum has many services available to the public. Group tours are welcome by appointment. School visits can be tailored to the ages and interests of students. We provide outreach programming on various topics to local organizations and at community events.

The museum is wheelchair accessible.

Located to the south of the building, on the former playground, is the Victoria School Garden, maintained by the Carleton Place and District Horticultural Society. 

Located behind the museum building is the Community Labyrinth. All are welcome to "Walk the Path".
